
Caylin Bauld

Caylin Bauld brings a background in military leadership, healthcare, and wellness advocacy. She commissioned into the United States Army as a Quartermaster Officer through the ROTC program at East Carolina University, where she earned a degree in Economics. She served 4.5 years on active duty, completing two combat deployments to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. In 2012, she deployed as a member of a Female Engagement Team and returned in 2013 as part of a Cultural Support Team, working alongside special operations forces to support mission objectives through engagement with local populations. Following her transition from military service, Caylin pursued a career in healthcare, earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Methodist University in 2019. She continues to serve patients today, with a professional focus shaped by her experiences as a Soldier and her understanding of the physical, mental, and emotional demands placed on military members and their families. Caylin lives in North Carolina and values an active, balanced lifestyle. She enjoys fitness, spending time outdoors, offshore fishing, traveling, home renovation projects, and meaningful time with her family.
